Dr. Tarawhona "Tara" Bellevue is an award-winning educator and executive leader known for high-energy, inspirational keynotes. She earned a B.S. in Business Administration, then a Master's in Secondary Education which was a decision that opened a plethora of opportunities to shape young minds as an award-winning teacher and administrator, and led to her appointment as the first woman of color to lead the Business Teachers Association of New York State.

Today she is the Founder of Bella Grace Enterprises, where she brings educators, school districts, industry partners, and communities together to solve large educational and economic challenges through culturally responsive program design, career-connected learning, and the Culturally Responsive Skill Development (CRSD) Model. She holds a Doctorate in Executive Leadership and is the visionary and founder of Today's Girl, Tomorrow's Woman.
